About Us!
We are a group of local Muslims in the community of Elk Grove who saw an increasing need to establish an additional house of worship to help Muslims residing in the south of Elk Grove fulfill their daily prayers. We are not affiliated with any other local or nationwide organizations. Our goal is to establish a mosque where we provide our fellow Muslims a community where everyone feels welcome to practice, learn, and take part in religious services. We named the masjid "Al Iman Mosque of Elk Grove", which is now fully recognized by the state and federal government with a 501 (C) 3 classification as of March 2022.
Mission Statement
It is the mission of Al-Iman Mosque of Elk Grove to provide Islamic services, while promoting diversity, tolerance, and unity in the community with which Allah (SWT) would be pleased.
